– Terms & condition for stay at The Waterfront :
– The Waterfront, Kolad is a private Property , right to admission is only after approval by the Owner.
– Check-In 2 PM to 6 PM *Maximum, late check-in after 7 PM not possible .
– Check-Out : 11 AM
– No outside food, Soft Drinks, Soda allowed. Everything is available at Farm. Can ask Glasses ,ICE.
– Strictly No Smoking inside Rooms, Outside smoking allowed.
– Power backup for lighting, Fan & Dining only, No power backup for AC incase of MSEB failure.
– Any conflict or dispute is subjected to District Roha jurisdiction.
